Reviews and Ratings <br />
The Avani Victoria Falls Resort boasts an unbeatable location just steps from the iconic Victoria Falls, with wildlife like zebras and giraffes often wandering the grounds. While the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms and facilities could use some updates. Dining options were varied and generally satisfying; however, the overall experience was marred by some maintenance issues and a lack of sound insulation in the rooms.
The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with a warm welcome upon arrival and even buggies to take you to your rooms. It’s in an excellent spot for visiting Victoria Falls, with friendly animals roaming the grounds. However, the rooms are a bit dated and I encountered some noise issues during the night. Additionally, the staff seemed to struggle with drink availability at the bar and restaurant.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, which offers stunning views and a unique experience with animals roaming the property. The rooms were clean, and the sunsets over the Zambezi were breathtaking. However, be cautious with dining costs, as they can add up quickly. The hotel's proximity to Victoria Falls is fantastic, but the poolside service was a bit slow at times.
I had an amazing stay at this resort—the location is perfect, nestled among beautiful wildlife with astonishing views. The rooms were nice and well-kept, but I felt they could use some modernization. The service was exceptional, and the dining options were fantastic, although prices can add up quickly. Overall, it’s a great experience, especially for nature lovers visiting Victoria Falls.
The hotel has a prime location right next to Victoria Falls, with unique wildlife experiences and charming staff that enhance your stay. However, the dining options unfortunately fell short, especially during lunch and dinner, and the pool area needs serious cleaning and maintenance. Overall, it's a mixed bag, as the breathtaking surroundings and friendly atmosphere can’t quite make up for the less-than-ideal facilities and food quality.
